Zhang Xiaodi, born in hubei in 1983, graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in 2018 with a PhD. He is currently teaching at Beijing Film Academy and engaged in art theory research and creation in Beijing. He has published many papers and comments in publications such as Art World, Art Times, Chinese Website of Artforum, and China Photography. He has won the Best Experimental Film Award of Beijing College Student Film Festival and the Talent Award of Focuse on the Future Talent Program.
