Luo Runxiao, born in 2000, is a Chinese director and screenwriter. Currently, he is an undergraduate student studying film production at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. His debut short film, "Hair Tie, Egg, Homework Books", is selected into the 78th Venice International Film Festival - Orizzonti Short Film Competition. Runxiao is the youngest Chinese filmmaker in history, at the age of 21, to enter Venice International Film Festival.
Runxiao seeks to make realist films that revolve around one's search for true-self and explore themes such as the destructive nature of hyper-masculinity, as well as the roots and effects of violence.
罗润霄，青年导演/编剧, 2000年出生。16岁开始自学电影，拍摄纪录短片，现就读于纽约大学帝势学院电影系本科。剧情短片处女作《头绳，鸡蛋，作业本》入围2021年第78届威尼斯国际电影节短片竞赛单元。罗润霄是历史上最年轻（21岁）入围 “欧洲三大电影节” 的中国导演，也是中国第一位入围威尼斯国际电影节的00后导演。罗润霄的作品着力于现实主义题材，围绕着人物探寻真实自我的母题展开，讨论暴力的影响与根源。
