Dear BISFF Participants and Enthusiasts,
We would like to begin by apologizing for our recent silence regarding the Beijing International Short Film Festival (BISFF), which has been postponed since November last year. Due to various factors, including censorship and local cultural regulations, the rescheduling process has been complex and ongoing. The organizing committee has been working behind the scenes to mediate and strive for a perfect presentation of the festival's planning.
We are excited to announce that, after much effort and collaboration, the festival will now be held at two prestigious venues, showcasing the complete program films:
Shanghai - UCCA Edge: May 2nd to May 8th, 2023
Beijing - Goethe-Institut China: May 12th to May 21st, 2023
