Zhao Jia is a Chinese-Dutch film producer based in Amsterdam. She founded MUYI FILM in 2012 and co-founded SILK ROAD FILM SALON with Afghan-Dutch director Aboozar Amini to tell stories from regions along the ancient Silk Road. She continues to executive-produce international projects in collaboration with Asian and Chinese entities, contributing to co-financing efforts and enhancing both authenticity and production value.

Her latest production, Kabul, Between Prayers (2025), has been selected for the Venice International Film Festival. Jia also produced Flower Chasers (Sheffield DocFest, 2023), A Marble Travelogue (IDFA, 2021), and co-produced I’m So Sorry (Cannes, 2021). As executive producer, she supported An Asian Ghost Story (CPH:DOX, 2023, New:Vision Award). From 2015 to 2019, five of her films were selected for the IDFA Competition, including Kabul, City in the Wind, which opened IDFA 2018 and won the First Appearance Jury Award. In 2025, Jia became a member of the Academy, in recognition of her contribution to authentic documentary storytelling through international collaborations.

由其最新制作的《喀布尔,零年》(2025)已入选威尼斯国际电影节。她还曾担任《逐花人》(谢菲尔德纪录片节,2023)、《石史诗》(阿姆斯特丹国际纪录片节,2021)的制片人,并参与联合制作《无去来处》(戛纳电影节,2021)。作为监制,她支持了《九龙东往事》(哥本哈根国际纪录片节,2023,荣获新视野奖)的制作。2015至2019年间,其制作的五部影片连续入选阿姆斯特丹国际纪录片节竞赛单元,其中2018年影展开幕片《喀布尔,风中之城》获得首作竞赛评审特别奖。2025年,赵佳成为美国电影艺术与科学学院(AMPAS)会员,以表彰她通过国际合作在纪实性影像叙事上的持续贡献。
