Iris Sang received her bachelor’s degree in Comparative Literature from Barnard College, Columbia University and was a visiting student at University of Oxford in English Literature. She is currently studying film at USC. Iris’s films often explore the nuances and beauty of subtle, “feminine” emotional ambience, through which her main characters find ways to speak and connect with the external world while unconsciously exploring their own understanding of their unique identities. Her films have screened at PÖFF Shorts(Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival), Internationales Frauen* Film Fest Dortmund+Köln and more.
