A filmmaker from Bahia with a special interest in fantastic cinema, Lopes has directed short films such as "Modo Noturno" (2020) and "Claudio" (2022), which have been shown and won awards at dozens of film festivals in various countries, including the Brasília Festival of Brazilian Cinema, the Tiradentes Film Festival, Buenos Aires Rojo Sangre and Fantaspoa.
