horodiste vgroup is a video family workshop named after a commune in the north-central part of Moldova, Eastern Europe. It was established by Xiongzaixia in 2021 and uses poor images to present lonesome places and private memories. One of the founding members, Xiongzaixia, has been creating videos since 2014. His works have been selected for the 2018 Beijing International Short Film Festival, the 2018 South Taiwan Film Festival, the 2020 Taiwan International Documentary Festival, and the 2023 Hong Kong Asian Film Festival.
