Nafiseh Zare was born in 1991, Tehran. She is graduated from Art University of Tehran majored in Acting and Directing. Some of her successful films as an actress are “Valderama” (Directed by Abbas Amini 2016, an official selection of Berlin Film Festival, Generation Section) and “Disappearance” (Directed by Ali Asgari 2017, an official selection of Venice Film Festival). After participating in Asghar Farhadi’s advanced directing workshop, she made her first short film “The Zoo” in 2021.
