Wannes Vanspauwen (b. 1994) lives and works in Ghent, Belgium. He holds a master's degree in film from KASK, School of Arts, Ghent. The Day That Was White (2021) is his graduation project. The film premiered at Film Fest Ghent where it received a special mention from the jury. In addition, the film was selected for several international film festivals and won the Jury Prize at the International Short Film Festival Leuven.
