赵婧，电影人，影像艺术家，现居北京和伦敦。
心理学的背景让她将电影创作的过程视为一种暴露疗法，她的电影根植于自身体验，致力于在作品中塑造真实且多面的女性⻆色，尤其关注女性特质、跨文化认同、神话的现代演绎、和公共空间的舞台感。
她的作品《一切都会过去》曾入围戛纳电影节基石单元；《窦女》入围罗德岛国际电影节、德班国际电影节、86358贾家庄短片周；《如何在曼谷做一只鬼？》入围葡萄牙新导演/新电影节、日本映像论坛、并在地那拉国际电影节获得最佳实验短片。
Zhao Jing is a filmmaker and video artist based between Beijing and London.
With a background in psychology, she views filmmaking as a form of exposure therapy. Her works, rooted in personal experience, centre on creating authentic, nuanced female characters navigating intimate relationships, with an interest in femininity, cross-cultural identity, contemporary reinterpretation of mythology, and theatricality in public spaces.
Her films have screened internationally, including Praeis at Cannes Cinéfondation and Dou at Rhode Island IFF, Durban IFF, and the 86358 Jia Village Film Week. Her recent film How to Be a Ghost in Bangkok? was selected for FEST New Directors/New Films and Image Forum, and won Best Video Art and Experimental Film at Tirana IFF.
