In the Garden of Hesperides, a fruit, capable of granting immortality to whoever ate it, once grew. This garden, located somewhere off the coast of West Africa, was guarded by a dragon with one hundred heads. Through the use of of banana trees, a monoculture crop in the Canary Islands, we discover a tale of eternal life where this mythical garden used to exist.
