In the heart of the Andes of Nariño, the old textile factory in El Contadero lies in ruins. Through the memories of Estela, a woman who worked there in her youth, we glimpse the factory's early days, her camaraderie with colleagues, and her apprenticeship in traditional guanga weaving. The film revisits the remnants of this failed modernization attempt, as well as the fragile survival of this craft.
